How we handle your inquiry

This page describes plainly what Seamless Attorney Services does with a consumer inquiry, and what it does not do.

These terms of use are a working draft prepared for review by a Florida attorney. They are not published as effective terms, and any dispute-resolution provisions will be added only if approved by counsel.

Who we are

Seamless Attorney Services is a marketing and business-services company based in Florida. We are not a law firm, we do not employ attorneys to represent consumers, and we do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations about what you should do in a legal matter.

What we do with an inquiry

When you submit an inquiry, we record the information you provide, review it for the type of matter and location involved, and consider whether a participating attorney or law firm licensed in that jurisdiction handles matters like yours. If one is available, we may provide them the information you authorized us to share so they can evaluate your inquiry and contact you.

Your authorization

Before you submit, you are asked to confirm two things: that you understand submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, and that you authorize us to share your information with participating attorneys and law firms for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry. That confirmation is recorded with a timestamp and the exact wording shown to you.

What is not guaranteed

We do not guarantee that an attorney or firm will review your inquiry, contact you, accept your matter, or achieve any result. Availability depends on the type of matter, jurisdiction, individual firm capacity, and timing. No attorney-client relationship is created by submitting an inquiry.

Withdrawing your authorization

You may contact us at any time to withdraw your authorization. We will stop further sharing and handle the record according to our retention practices. Withdrawal does not affect sharing that already occurred or any relationship you separately formed with an attorney or firm.

Fees

There is no charge to submit an inquiry. Any fee arrangement is between you and the attorney or firm you choose, and is set by them under their own engagement terms. We do not set, collect, or negotiate attorney fees for consumers.

Fees charged to participating firms

Any amount a participating attorney or law firm may pay us is a separate business arrangement between that firm and Seamless. We do not structure or describe that arrangement as a share of any settlement, judgment, or legal fee recovered on your matter. The structure is being finalized with professional legal review and is not represented here as settled or approved.

Your choices

You decide whether to speak with any attorney who contacts you and whether to hire them. You are free to contact other attorneys independently at any time.
