The process
Three steps, explained plainly.
You describe what happened once. We review it and look for a participating attorney or law firm that handles matters like yours in your area. Here is exactly what happens at each stage.
- Step 1
Tell Us What Happened
Complete a short intake about your legal matter. Choose the type of situation, tell us where you are located, and answer a few plain questions.
- Takes a few minutes on a phone or computer
- No documents required
- No legal terms to look up
- You do not need to know whether you have a case
- Step 2
We Review the Information
Seamless evaluates the inquiry and identifies potentially relevant participating attorneys or law firms based on the matter, location, and jurisdiction.
- Our team reviews the submission
- We check the matter type and location
- We look for a participating firm with matching coverage
- Availability varies — not every inquiry can be matched
- Step 3
Get Connected
An eligible participating firm may receive the opportunity and contact the prospective client using the method that was requested.
- The firm decides whether the matter fits
- Contact usually comes by phone, text, or email
- You decide whether to speak with them
- An inquiry is not an agreement to hire anyone
Clear boundaries
What we do — and what we do not do.
Being direct about this is part of the service. Seamless is a marketing and business-services company, not a law firm.
We review and route
Your inquiry is reviewed by our team and considered against participating firms by matter type, location, and jurisdiction.
We protect the details
Your information is not posted publicly and is shared with participating firms only after you authorize it.
We do not give legal advice
We cannot tell you whether you have a case, what it is worth, or what you should do. Only a licensed attorney can advise you.
We do not guarantee outcomes
No attorney is guaranteed to accept your matter, contact you, or achieve any particular result.
Common questions
Before you submit
There is no charge to submit an inquiry to Seamless. Any fee arrangement would be between you and the attorney or firm you choose, on their own terms.
No. We review every inquiry, but connection depends on whether a participating firm handles your type of matter in your area and is available at that time.
No. You are free to speak with them, ask questions, and decide for yourself. You can also contact other attorneys independently.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. Seamless is not an emergency service and cannot provide urgent legal assistance.
Please do not send sensitive documents, medical records, or confidential case materials through the website. The intake form only asks for a short description of what happened.
Reading this page or submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only if you and an attorney agree to it.

A short intake is all it takes to get started. You do not need to know the legal term for your situation.
Seamless Attorney Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee that an attorney or law firm will accept your matter.
