1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Who we are and scope of services
Seamless Attorney Services is a marketing and business-services company. We provide information about legal resources and operate a process through which a person may submit an inquiry. We provide marketing and business services to law firms.
We are not a law firm. We do not practice law, we do not provide legal advice or legal opinions, and we do not evaluate the merits of any legal matter. We are not affiliated with The Florida Bar or any government agency, and nothing on this website should be read to suggest otherwise.
3. No attorney-client relationship
Your use of this website, and any inquiry you submit, does not create an attorney-client relationship with Seamless Attorney Services or with any lawyer or law firm. An attorney-client relationship can only arise through a separate agreement with a licensed attorney.
Information you send before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be treated as privileged or confidential. Do not send confidential legal, medical, or financial information through this website.
4. No guarantee of attorney availability or representation
We do not guarantee that any law firm will contact you, accept your matter, or be available in your area. Each law firm independently decides whether to contact a person and whether to offer representation. We do not select or recommend a particular lawyer, and we make no claim that any lawyer is the best available option for your situation.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current information, and do not impersonate another person.
- Do not submit information on behalf of a minor through the inquiry workflow.
- Do not use the website for unlawful purposes or to submit false or misleading inquiries.
- Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Seek emergency assistance by calling 911 if you are in immediate danger.
6. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes and, if you represent a law firm, for legitimate business inquiries. You may not scrape, copy, republish, or resell content; use automated means to submit inquiries; or use the website in a way that interferes with its operation or security.
7. Communications and consent
If you grant an optional permission, we may contact you using the method you selected and, where you separately authorized it, share your inquiry as described in that authorization. Optional permissions are never required to submit an inquiry, and you may withdraw them at any time by contacting us.
8. Third-party content and links
The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and a link does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
9. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seamless Attorney Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any limitation of liability provision remains subject to review and approval by Florida counsel.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seamless Attorney Services from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.
12. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date will be revised when the terms are updated.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute-resolution or arbitration provision will be added only if approved by Florida counsel. This section intentionally contains no dispute terms pending that review.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms may be directed to the contact details on our contact page. Business contact information will be published once configured.
